Getting Started

How do I set up Kaspay POS? +

Setting up Kaspay POS is simple:

  1. Purchase and download the app
  2. Open the app and tap the menu icon
  3. Go to "Receiving Addresses"
  4. Enter your wallet addresses for the cryptocurrencies you want to accept
  5. That's it! Start creating payment QR codes
Do I need a separate wallet for each cryptocurrency? +

Yes, each cryptocurrency requires its own wallet:

  • Kaspa: Use Kaspium (mobile) or KDX (desktop)
  • Nano: Use Natrium (mobile) or Nault (desktop)
  • Xelis: Use official Xelis wallet
  • Litecoin: Use Litewallet or any LTC wallet

You only need wallets for the cryptos you want to accept.

Is there a monthly fee? +

Accepting Payments

How do customers pay? +

The payment process is simple:

  1. Enter the amount in your local currency
  2. Select which cryptocurrency to accept
  3. Tap "Generate QR Code" to create a payment request
  4. Customer scans the QR with their crypto wallet
  5. Customer sends payment from their wallet (you never touch the crypto)
  6. App monitors the public blockchain and confirms when payment arrives

Note: Kaspay POS only generates payment requests and tracks public blockchain data. It never handles or stores cryptocurrency.

How fast are payments really? +

Payment confirmation times:

  • Nano: Instant (under 1 second)
  • Kaspa: 1 second
  • Xelis: 3 seconds
  • Litecoin: 2.5 minutes

Compare this to Bitcoin (10+ minutes) or credit card settlements (1-3 days)!

Can I accept multiple cryptocurrencies? +

Yes! Unlike other POS apps that lock you into one cryptocurrency, Kaspay supports all 4 fast payment cryptos. Your customers choose what they prefer to pay with.

Troubleshooting

Payment not showing as confirmed? +

If a payment isn't confirming:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Tap the search icon on the transaction
  3. Select "Deep Scan" to check from the beginning
  4. If still not found, verify the customer sent to the correct address
How do I process refunds? +

Kaspay POS includes a manual refund system:

  1. Go to Transaction History
  2. Find the transaction to refund
  3. Tap "Refund"
  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions
  5. Send the refund from your own wallet
  6. Mark as completed in the app

No seed phrases required - you control refunds from your own wallet.

App crashes or freezes? +

Try these steps:

  • Force close the app and restart
  • Check for app updates
  • Restart your device
  • If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS/Android version
